All of our products are shipped from our facility in Louisville, KY. Shipping in the United States usually takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location and method of shipping (First Class/Priority/Express). Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, you must purchase at least $100 to purchase from Zig-Zag Wholesale.
Do you allow returns?
We have a 30 day defective return policy. If you receive a product that appears to have a manufacture defect or received any product that has arrived to you bearing extensive damage, please visit our “Contact Us” page and fill out our comment form describing the issue.
