Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free shipping on all wholesale orders over $150. All of our products are shipped from our facility in Louisville, KY. Shipping in the United States usually takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location and method of shipping (First Class/Priority/Express). We cannot accept or ship orders CONTAINING ROLLING PAPERS the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, and Rhode Island. We cannot accept or ship orders CONTAINING HEMP PRODUCTS to Louisiana.

Yes, you must purchase at least $100 to purchase from Zig-Zag Wholesale.
Do you allow returns?
We have a 30 day defective return policy. If you receive a product that appears to have a manufacture defect or received any product that has arrived to you bearing extensive damage, please visit our “Contact Us” page and fill out our comment form describing the issue.
